Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

The board of directors (the "Board") of Beacon Rise Holdings Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr Jonathan Shrewsbury has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of the Company with effect from 15 December 2025.

As COO, Mr Shrewsbury will coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations across all of the clinics, implementing the Company's growth strategy, operational efficiency.

Mr Shrewsbury has extensive experience in the physiotherapy sector having been having progressed from senior clinical practice into executive leadership roles across private and NHS settings. He has held senior positions including Clinical Director, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility for service design, governance, workforce leadership and operational performance.

The Board believes that Mr Shrewsbury's experience and expertise will be instrumental in supporting the Company's ongoing development and strategic objectives.
